SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Some of our products are made to order and this will be clearly stated in the product description. Details of turnaround times will be clearly stated and once produced will then be dispatched for delivery. All other items that are not hand produced will be dispatched next working day.

We offer free delivery on orders over £100.

Please note we do NOT ship outside of the UK currently.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you will be thrilled with your Watermill Woburn purchase when it arrives but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us at watermillwoburn@gmail.com for assistance and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

 

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace items that have been used or opened and are unable to refund personalised items unless damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items , Personalised Items and Waxidents

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, personalised items or waxidents cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items it they are defective or damaged. If yoretu need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at watermillcandlesandgifts@gmail.com and send your item to the return address which is stated on your delivery note.

Return Shipping

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to Watermill Candles. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you recieve a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
